Peter Gunn Added to Amazon Prime US

The 1950s private eye series Peter Gunn series has been added to Amazon Prime in the US. The series, featuring Craig Stevens as the title character, is also available on Freevee.

Peter Gunn is a well-dressed private investigator whose hair is always in place & loves cool jazz. As the toughest detective of all, he strikes terror into the hearts of all those who oppose him, & passion in the hearts of women.

Peter Gunn first aired in 1958 on NBC, moving to ABC in 1960. It was created by Blake Edwards. It ran for 114 episodes over three seasons. It starred Craig Stevens, Herschel Bernardi, and Lola Albright. The theme tune, entitled The Peter Gunn Theme, was composed by Henry Mancini.

The series is listed as Multicom Entertainment Group, who also have other series available including Yancy Derringer, The Buccaneers and Mr. Lucky.
