Is Goodnight Sweetheart the best British sitcom of the 90s?

In this episode, Jamie is joined by his wife Andrea to discuss whether Goodnight Sweetheart, starring Nicholas Lyndhurst, is the best British sitcom of the 1990s. Created by Laurence Marks and Maurice Gran, the time travel sitcom Goodnight Sweetheart ran for 59 episodes over 6 series between 1993 and 1999. It returned for a one-off special in 2016. The series also featured Victor McGuire, Michelle Holmes, Dervla Kirwan and Christopher Ettridge. Holmes and Kirwan were later replaced by Emma Amos and Elizabeth Carling.
