Free ad-supported streaming service Pluto TV has added a channel dedicated to the 1980s sitcom Family Ties; The show hasn’t been seen in the UK for decades.
The American family sitcom aired on NBC for 176 episodes over 6 seasons between 1982 and 1989. It followed the lives of the Keaton family, and starred Meredith Baxter, Michael Gross, Michael J. Fox, Justine Bateman and Tina Yothers. A TV movie, Family Ties Vacation, was broadcast in 1985.
This channel is one of many which offer classic television series on a 24-hour rolling basis. Other shows on offer include Mission Impossible and Married With Children. Unlike many of the series tied to channels, Family Ties isn’t offered on demand.
