Hi there, this is Jamie Dyer from the QuoCast, letting you know that it’s just over 12 months until Quo fans can make the trip to the Robin 2 in Bilston, Wolverhampton for QuoVention 2. The previous one took place in early 2025 and featured a number of Quo tribute bands, and lots of people making new friends, catching up with old faces, and everything that goes with attending an event of this type.

And I’m sure there will be plenty of that to come on Friday, the 12th and Saturday, the 13th of March 2027, when it takes place once again. And I’m letting you know this early because they’ve already done early bird tickets, which are a little bit cheaper, and I’m sure it will sell out.

So if you are a Quo fan, go ahead, go on to the website, which I will tell you about in just a moment. That’s where you can get tickets from. But first, you’re wondering about the lineup.

So we have a lineup that includes Break the Rules, Big Fat Mama, Just Doin’ It, The Status Quo Songbook, Q the Quo, Proposal, Almost Quo, and, of course, providing music in between the bands, Martin Curries’ Rock Disco. I’m sure many of these bands will be familiar, especially to listeners of the QuoCast, as I’ve had quite a few of these on here previously, most notably people from Break the Rules, Big Fat Mama, Just Doin’ It, The Status Quo Songbook, and I even interviewed Benjamin from Almost Quo about four years ago at the Status Quo fan club convention at Butlin’s in Minehead. So this is an opportunity for fans in the UK to see all of these bands on one bill.

You can order tickets now from QuoVention.co.uk. That’s www.QuoVention.co.uk. QuoVention 2, taking place Friday the 12th and Saturday the 13th of March 2027 at the Robin 2 in Bilston, Wolverhampton. Will you be attending or not? Let me know all your thoughts in the comments below, and I’ll see you again for another episode of the QuoCast. Bye-bye for now.
